We are seeking a Financial Administrator to join our Saskatoon Head Office team. The incumbent will consistently demonstrate a high level of drive and commitment. You must be an excellent communicator, who has a positive and confident attitude, while sharing in the attainment of common team goals.

    The Position:
As a Full Time key member of the Accounting team, your primary responsibilities will include:
-Full Cycle Accounting culminating in timely completion of month-end process for multiple hotels
-Intercompany reconciliation and invoicing
-Assisting Hotel GM with Accounts Receivable collection
-Financial reporting, reconciliation and analysis
-Participation in fiscal year-end and external audits
-Research and application of Provincial/Federal tax legislation ensuring compliance
-Administrative duties as required
  
    Qualifications:
-Post-secondary accounting diploma/degree from Saskatchewan Polytechnic or other recognized Institution
-Minimum 2 years of full cycle accounting experience
-Proven communication skills with the ability to convey information to a varied user base
-Organizational skills with the ability to achieve goals and prioritize key responsibilities
-Demonstrated ability to manage deadlines
-Solid working knowledge of GAAP and relevant tax regulations
-Attention to detail ensuring consistent quality results
-SAGE 300 or equivalent ERP experience required
-Willingness to learn
