Summer Student JobThe Arts Centre is looking for a summer student to deliver arts and culture programming and opportunities for children and youth. The position runs from approximately the last week of June to the third week of August.
Principle Duties & Responsibilities:
Plan, prepare and implement arts and culture summer programs and opportunities for children
and youth
Assist in keeping program participation records and documentation
Maintain and record accurate account of equipment and supplies
Provide exceptional customer service to all Arts Centre patrons and participants
Required Qualifications:
Grade 12 or equivalent
Valid drivers license
First Aid and CPR C Certification from a recognized institution
WHMIS 2015
Must attend and complete an SPRA Play Leadership Workshop or have current Play
Leader or Play Mentor Certification through SPRA
Preference will be given to students enrolled in a degree or diploma program from an
accredited institution related to Fine Arts, Recreation or Education;
All successful applicants will require a recent criminal record check prior to commencing
employment with the City of Prince Albert.
