Description

We are proud to offer an exciting career opportunity in our well recognized Newcomer Intensive Family Support Program at CFS Regina. This Case Manager position is available for a 1-year term.

The Newcomer Intensive Family Support Program is focused on supporting families after arriving in Canada with settlement focused needs based on family and parenting support. This program works with families experiencing isolation, physical and mental health needs, familial and domestic violence, food and housing insecurity, and many other intensive levels of need. We are a home visiting program that works directly in the community with the clients that are referred to this program. You would be responsible for overseeing a staff of Support Workers and case managing the families that are assigned to their caseload.

A Bachelor of Social Work or a Social Services degree with applicable and extensive experience will be considered.

As a Manager of this program, you will be responsible for providing ongoing case supervision, coaching/mentoring and performance evaluation for support staff. Intake duties, management of waitlist, and assignment/evaluation of staff caseloads. Day to day support, problem solving, and ensuring quality and consistency of program delivery. Liaising with front line staff and supervisors at Partner Agencies. Monthly reporting requirements and administration.

A license and access to dependable transportation is required.
