IntraGrain Technologies Inc. is looking for a Manager, Market Development-USA who is passionate about building and maintaining relationships, problem solving, and improving the customer experience. Our ideal candidate is self-driven, detail-oriented, has exceptional communication skills, and drives improvements to create and maintain an outstanding customer experience. Utilizing customer experience strategies and approaches, this role will oversee IntraGrain's sales growth in the US for one or more of IntraGrain's product lines.
What will you be doing?
Leading the development of IntraGrain's US market expansion plan
Providing insight to internal teams on developing new products, services & distribution channels
Understanding the customer journey & developing strategies & programs to support creating positive interactions with B2B & B2C relationships
Acquiring & onboarding new dealers
Acting as a liaison between IntraGrain's customer/dealer support teams & the dealer
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to execute go-to-market plans
Conducting yearly reviews & sales meetings with dealers
Facilitating dealer training & providing sales support
Collaborating with the marketing team to develop sales tools & training materials
Representing IntraGrain at tradeshows & other external events
What skills will you have?
A Bachelors Degree in Business, Marketing, or Agriculture
3-5 years experience in a business development, marketing or account relationship role
Proven ability to build strong customer/client relationships
Proven success in meeting defined business objectives
Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority
Highly organized with good time management skills
Ability to travel within Canada/United States to attend tradeshows and sales meetings (once travel restrictions are lifted)
