Description

PARTNERS Family Services is accepting applications for the position of Sexual Violence Educator. In this new role, the Sexual Violence Educator will be responsible for developing resources and delivering presentations on information regarding sexual violence in rural Central Saskatchewan.

This is a full or part time permanent position that will support the existing sexual violence work being done by the agency. Frequent travel within a 100km radius of Humboldt is required.  

Requirements:
- BSW, BISW preferred; however, candidates with a degree or diploma in other human services field may be considered
- 2+ years experience in the research and design of public information resources
- 2+ years experience in the design and delivery of public education presentations
-Experience collaborating and with internal and external stakeholders to ensure coordination of services to clients
- Strong team work capacity, highly organized, and capable of managing varied demands
- Proven ability to maintain confidentiality and professional demeanor
- Excellent writing skills, time management, communication and file management skills
- Computer competencies
- Certified in First Aid, CPR, ASIST and NVCI
- Use of personal vehicle including 2mil in liability insurance
-Clear Criminal Record Check and Vulnerable Sector screening
