Legacy Co-op is hiring an Administrative Assistant at our Administration Office in Yorkton, SK.
What youll do:
You will be responsible for delivering legendaryservice through the following administrative functions:
Accounts Receivable auditing cash-ups, preparing monthly statements, reconciling accounts
Margins - creating journal entries, accurate keying of inventories and markdowns
Equity - ensure accurate reporting by balancing reports and checking for variances
Assist other functions and business units such as accounts payable, marketing and human resources when required
General Office duties - Typing, filing, answering phones, data entry, report creation
Who you are:
You are interested in a career in administration and have:
A Business Diploma, Office Certificate or equivalent experience
1-2 years experience in an Administrative role
Advanced understanding of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) with advanced computer skills
Effective attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
