Legacy Co-op is hiring a Full Time C-Store Supervisor for our Gas Bar/C-Store in Kamsack, SK.

What youll do:

Reporting to the Gas Bar/C-Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading the team in providing legendary customer service to make all guests of our Co-op feel at home here." This will be accomplished by:

Supervising and delegating employees workflow and duties while ensuring all staff are following safety standards as well as Legacy Co-op's policies and procedures.
Completing reviews on Team Members - plan, monitor and review Team Member performance as it relates to the Performance Management process.
General Gas Bar duties - operating Point of Sale system, dispensing fuel, stocking, receiving, ordering
