Description

We are a privately owned AAHA accredited progressive practice in a newly designed clinic that is devoted to the Fear-Free movement.  We are looking for a veterinarian who is hoping to expand our practice, thrives in a team environment who readily builds positive rapport with clients and colleagues and is interested in future practice ownership.

The successful candidate should have excellent written and verbal communication skills and demonstrate a commitment to preventative small animal medicine and surgical care.  The candidate must have a passion to form positive relationships with coworkers and a drive to be a member of a professional team providing excellent service through education and cooperation with clients.  We are looking for someone who has a passion for working up cases, who shares our vision, mission and values (https://www.erindaleanimalhospital.com/) and will conduct themselves in upholding this.  The successful candidate must demonstrate empathy, kindness, compassion, possess and ownership attitude, be an ambassador to our brand, an outspoken champion of our hospital, and deliver an exceptional service experience to clients and colleagues alike. Looking for a candidate who is looking to expand their knowledge in behavioral and/or orthopedics.

Our rotating staff schedule affords all staff a proper work/life balance.  We conduct paid staff retreats to focus and unite staff and Return to Rescue events provide support for our local animal rescues.  We employ a departmental management approach to allow for focused meetings that are truly relevant.  Scheduled phone call and file charting is provided during your paid work day as well as half-hour appointments so every pet gets the care and attention it deserves.
