We are looking for a Sales Coordinator to handle the routine sales office work and administrative responsibilities of the community.
Job Duties
o Performs general administrative functions such as answering phones, greeting and directing customers
o Maintains and inputs all inventory data into required database and spreadsheet
o Assists sales/marketing team with development of sales/marketing literature
o Completes and maintains records and files as required
o May compile data, statistics and other information to support research activities
o Forwards all customer service requests to the appropriate department
o Other duties as assigned.
