Team Power Solutions is currently seeking a Junior Engineer as part of our engineering team.

The successful candidate will report to the Engineering Supervisor and will be expected to contribute a high level of leadership, experience, energy & uncompromising attention to Quality & Innovation within all aspects of their work.

Looking for the following experience:
o    1-4 years of commercial or industrial experience
o    Experienced with Windows and MS Office
o    Experienced with computer-aided drawing software (such as AutoCAD)
o    Familiar with North American design & construction standards
o    Experienced in reading and interpreting electrical schematics
o    Experience in release of engineering designs and documentation within a formal release procedure

This would be the role:
o    Assist in electrical power systems studies & calculations such as system modeling, load flow
studies, device protection & coordination, and arc flash hazard analysis
o    Electrical drafting as assigned.
o    Prepare drawings and parts lists for client review/construction, paying particular attention to scope, presentation, applicable standards, and technical accuracy
o    Ensuring proper document control and handling procedures are followed
o    Site inspection and technical assistance when required
o    Personal safety
