Description

Nicole A. Sawchuk Law Office is seeking an experienced full-time term position (up to 8 months, with the possibility of extension) to join our legal team.  This is an opportunity for a self-motivated individual to assist with a busy law office practice.  The candidate must have strong organizational skills, a multi-tasking background, computer aptitude, excellent written and verbal communications skills, keen eye for detail and a professional and positive attitude with a genuine passion to go above and beyond.  

Work hours are approximately 35 to 40 hours per week, Mondays to Fridays.

Experience: Preference given to those with previous experience, and/or completion of a recognized business administration certificate or training.  

Proficient knowledge of working with Computers, including Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel and Access), as well as operating a telephone system, photocopier, fax machine and scanner.  

Strong keyboarding skills required.  Being detail oriented and able to handle multiple tasks.  Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
