This position will be responsible for providing personal health care assistance to clients. Life Force is looking for an LPN that is well trained in Parkinson's Disease, memory loss and palliative care.
Must be a team player and able to work independently. Must have good communication and decision making skills.
Must have three (3) to five (5) or more years of related experience.
LPN must be flexible to work various shifts.
