Trademaster Group Developments is now hiring a

Lawn Care Specialist

The position requires the operation of a variety of tools and equipment to carry out specified job tasks, as well as providing daily progress reports on job time.

Job Duties:
- Loading/Unloading of trucks and trailers in a safe and responsible manner
- Operate power equipment such as lawn tractors, lawn mowers, line trimmers, blowers, etc
- Cut grass, trim edges, clean up refuse, blow trimmings, fertilize
- Move and install soil, mulch and plant material to assist with the construction of landscape gardens
- Application of fertilizer and herbicides.
- Conduct daily inspections and maintenance on vehicles, tools, and equipment.
- Assist in other job-related duties including construction projects.

Requirements:
- experience in the landscape/grounds maintenance industry is nice but not required.
- Experience operating required equipment and tools in a safe manner
- Must have working cell phone
- Knowledge of specific materials, methods, tools and equipment is nice but not required.
- Knowledge of underground sprinkler systems
- Ability to work both independently with little supervision, and as part of a team
- Ability to walk, stand, crouch for long periods of time and carry out strenuous physical tasks
- Valid driver's license and safe driving record
