Description

Brandt is currently seeking a Landscape Maintenance Foreman with thorough knowledge and experience leading landscaping projects. This position will be responsible for residential and commercial landscaping projects and maintenance that exhibits quality workmanship, accuracy and business-minded efficiency.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Assist with the training and supervision of all maintenance staff on site to ensure quality of work is achieved and proper procedures are followed, such as operating machinery in a safe manner
Help direct all activities on site, including coordinating grounds keeping activities and communicating production goals to crew members on a daily basis, while working alongside the crew
Maintain the property at the highest quality of standards to ensure healthy growth of all vegetation on site (grass, trees, wetlands, shrubbery, etc.)
Oversee the care and maintenance of golf greens, fairways, and roughs
Meet project schedule deadlines without losing quality workmanship
Responsible for seasonal start-up and shutdown of site grounds
Apply fertilizer and pesticide applications as necessary
Provide irrigation maintenance and repair as required
Monitor all tools, equipment and machinery for maintenance as needed
Maintain a clean and safe job site
Other duties as assigned
