To fulfill Pattison Agricultures vision of GROWING, CONNECTING AND EVOLVING we are looking for a Parts Manager to join our fast-paced, energetic, dealership in Moosomin, SK. The successful candidate will lead a team who ensures customer satisfaction and will be responsible for the day to day management of the Pattison Ag parts team.

Responsibilities:
-Customer focused product support
Parts sales efficiency
-Departmental profitability, and overall department performance
-Market, plan and initiate all parts department functions
-Assist with the attraction, retention and effective engagement of department personnel

Requirements:
-A minimum of 3 - 5 years experience in Parts Department operations/Management, experience leading and developing others, and exemplary customer service skills
-This would be an ideal opportunity for those currently holding Parts Manager positions, or senior Parts Technicians who are looking to guide significant growth and development of a department
-Knowledge and familiarity with John Deere and competitive products would be considered an asset
