One entry level receptionist position required. Duties include answering multi line phone system, transferring calls, taking messages, receipting payments from clients, preparing accounts, preparing bank deposits and doing a delivery run every afternoon. Your duties will also include all things related to being a legal assistant.
Vehicle is required and must have a valid drivers licence. Compensation for use of vehicle provided.
