Description

As Vendastas Data Analyst for the Marketplace division, you will be responsible for building and maintaining a variety of data channels required for monitoring business intelligence, success metrics and user behaviour. The successful candidate will work closely with product teams in order to deliver data insights to aid them in development decisions.

Responsibilities
Build and interpret data, analyze results and provide ongoing reporting
Maintain Business Intelligence Dashboards
Assist with data gathering strategies that align with company goals
Coordinate with management to prioritize business and information needs
Acquire data from a variety of sources to monitor business intelligence, analyze trends, and assess user behaviour
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure that required quantitative data is accessible, reliable and maintainable
Assist product teams with the interpretation of quantitative data to aid in decision making and strategic planning

Qualifications
2+ years experience in a data analyst related role
Demonstrated expertise with databases and various querying techniques (SQL, NoSQL, API)
Experience with user analytics and analyzing user behaviours
Demonstrated ability to retrieve and clean data by whatever means is necessary
Proven ability to analyze and report information
Well developed communication and presentation skills
Ability to engage in multiple initiatives simultaneously while working in a dynamic environment subject to impromptu changes in schedules and priorities
Strong initiativeestablish goals and take responsibility for meeting them within defined timelines
