Facility: CANORA HOSPITAL
Job Description: Reporting to the Clinical Nutrition Manager - North area, in accordance with the Mission Statement, policies and procedures of the Sunrise Health Region.  The Community Dietitian-Degree provides community based clinical nutrition services.  The role of the dietitian is to ensure that the nutrition needs of all clients in Sunrise Health Region North are met.  This is through providing nutrition assessment, counseling and follow up as needed to outpatients, acute care inpatients and long term care
Required Qualifications

Bachelor Degree in Nutrition
Valid drivers license or the ability to travel both within the Region and Provincially
Accredited Dietetic Internship
Registered or eligible for registration with the Dietitians of Canada
Registered or eligible for registration with the Saskatchewan Dietitians Association
Experience
Experience is an asset.
Other Information

Preference for this position will be given to HSAS members in accordance with the terms and conditions of the SAHO/HSAS Collective Agreement. HSAS seniority within the Saskatchewan Health Authority will be considered under the Selection Criteria.

FIELD HOURS
Successful candidates will be required to provide:
Current Criminal Record Check and Vulnerable Sector Check (less than 6 months old)
Certificate/Diploma/Degree as required for position
Any applicable licenses/registrations relating to the role
