Lean Machine is an exciting fast paced company with many opportunities for the right person. We manufacture parts for some very awesome customers and we are looking for an HR/Safety Generalist to help us in the following areas:

1. HR & Admin

- new employee orientation and handbook ownership

- Dayforce administration and benefits system administration

- training to team leaders and managers to improves their leadership

- assist recruiting new staff (help with calculations, post positions, screen applicants)

- direct activities to retain current staff

- help with employee reviews and training team leaders to give reviews

2. Safety Systems

- make sure the company is compliant with regulations

- audit our safety system

- improve system to reduce incidents
