White Buffalo Treatment Centre (WBTC) is a 10-bed residential treatment facility located on Muskoday First Nation, 15 minutes SE of Prince Albert, SK.

We are currently recruiting for a Client Care Assistant (CCA) who will work as part of a team that promotes and supports WBTC by delivering and participating in effective and safe care of our youth.  The CCA will actively plan, coordinate, and participate in recreational activities with our clients and provide direct goal-oriented assistance to our youth while ensuring their safety and being attentive and responsive to their needs.  The CCA will also support cultural diversity by learning and participating in cultural programming.

Requirements:
- Ability to use de-escalation skills.
- Physically able to intervene in client conflicts.
- A valid class 5 driver's license and a reliable means of getting to work.
- Ability to provide a clear criminal record and vulnerable sector check.
- Demonstrated knowledge of First Nations culture and language is an asset.

This position requires shift work including evenings, nights, and weekends.
