Prairie Meats is now accepting applications for a Processed Meats Production Worker at our Millar Ave location. This position will safely carry out the production of raw and cooked food products while maintaining maximum freshness and profits in our Sausage Department. The successful applicant will have a positive attitude and be willing to work in a fast paced team environment. Continual lifting and bending are required. As the work entails heavy physical labour, candidates must be capable of lifting at least 50 lbs and willing to work in a cool environment. Experience stuffing hams, batching sausage, hanging sausage, and/or hanging bacon would be considered an asset.
