B&B is currently seeking:
-Full Time Loader Operator/Gravel Crushing Personnel. Wages are competitive with industry standards and will be negotiated.  Only persons meeting the requirements listed will be contacted.

Duties to include:
- The Operator is responsible for operating heavy equipment/crushing equipment in a safe and appropriate manner.
-The Operator must also clean, maintain and secure all equipment as directed by legislation, as well as company policies and procedures.
-The Operator must deal with members of the company in a courteous and respectful manner.

Requirement:
- Minimum 2 years experience as a Loader/Gravel Crushing Operator
- Knowledge of operation of front-end loaders and crushing equipment
- Knowledge of equipment maintenance
- High level of personal integrity
- Strong work ethic
- Professional/mature demeanor under stressful situations
- Must be able to work with little supervision; must be self-directed
- Possess a valid drivers license
- Ability to work independently in a busy environment
- Highly flexible, with solid interpersonal skills that allow one to work effectively in a diverse working environment
- Willingness to work nightshifts as required.
- Strong attention to detail

Specific Own Tools/Equipment
- Physical ability to lift up to 50lb
- Safety equipment will be required, e.g., steel-toed safety boots
- Overtime as required
- Ability to work night shift
- Knowledge of the hazards associated with the trade
- Work both indoors and outdoors
- Will be exposed to construction sites
