REACT requires a permanent, part-time site operator for the Annaheim transfer station.
Hours of operation are:
May 1 - September 30
Tuesdays (1st & 3rd of the month): 5:00pm - 8:00pm
Saturdays: 9:00am - 12:00pm
October 1 - April 30 = closed for winter
Job to commence May 1, 2021.
Duties include:
- Supervision and enforcement of site according to the Ministry of Environment operating permit & regulations
- Directing waste to appropriate disposal area & collecting fees
- Good communication skills
- Individual must follow direction & work as a team
- Critical thinking & decision making
- Accurate record keeping
No experience necessary. Will train.
Requires a valid class 5 driver's license.
