What you'll Do:
-Demonstrate day to day behaviours and actions that align with and strengthen our Co-ops vision, mission, values, brand and focus on safety
-Provide prompt, personalized, Legendary Service to all of our members and guests both in-store and over the phone
-Proactively recruiting high-quality employees and lead orientation practices
-Develop the annual operating budget for Paddockwood Food Store that supports the corporate goals

Who you are:
-3-5 years of experience in management in a retail environment, including supervisory experience
-Retail experience in the areas of member relations, selling, OHS, ordering, receiving, and asset maintenance and management
-A clear and solid understanding of personnel policies, practices, and procedures and other operational issues faced by the organization
-High level of integrity and accountability
-Must be 19 years of age
