David Aplin Group, one of Canada's Best Managed Companies, has partnered with our client to recruit a Senior MSP Technical Analyst for their Saskatoon location. Our customer requires someone to provide timely, professional, and efficient technical support to their clients. They require someone who is detail-oriented and enjoys helping people. The Role:
Problem-solve level 2+ technical issues both onsite and remotely
Manage and provide leadership on projects
Review clients networks and identify software requirements to improve existing networks
Chose the best technical solution for the clients issue in real-time and for the purpose of providing quotes
Lead by example and work with junior techs to expand their skillset especially regarding efficiency, communication skills and professional development.

The Ideal Candidate:
10 years of experience in IT with most of it in MSP
Recent experience working with businesses with over 100 users
Ability to establish effective rapport with all levels of internal and external customers and provide professional customer service
Ability to conduct research into a wide range of computing issues
Experience with hosted solutions and managing the performance of computer systems
Server & Network administration and trouble-shooting experience
Exchange server, firewall setup and management experience
