Description

Are you looking for a challenging yet rewarding opportunity where your efforts support expansion, productivity and profitability in agriculture, with the end result being improved quality of life? As a report to a Technical Service Lead, this role collaborates with the Project Management team and the clients.  The Engineer II will be responsible for design validations of driven farm equipment, ensuring the quality standards for effective operation, tests to predict performance or maintenance issues, and identification of failure root causes.

Duties and Key Responsibilities:
Work with a highly skilled team of engineers, technologists, and tradespeople to successfully deliver projects for agriculture and related industries
Assist with field testing of farming equipment. Analysis and report writing of key findings in a timely manner is vital.
Assist in troubleshooting problems and exhibit mechanical aptitude implementing solutions.
Communicate and collaborate with the project team about project issues, solutions, and outcomes.
Support and maintain a safe, happy and healthy work environment.
Occasionally support other projects related to the PAMI strategic plan including, agriculture, mining, and transportation
A minimum of 5 years experience with modern farming equipment operation and techniques in western Canada or the USA
Valid drivers license is also required.
Ability to travel internationally (USA)
