Anchor Managed Solutions has been in business since 2014 and is growing rapidly within Saskatchewan and across the country.
Our Professional Services Team handles all billable services for Anchor Managed Solutions including:
- Server/storage deployments
- Network infrastructure
- Cloud solutions
- Time and materials work
- Managed Services onboarding
- Project lifecycle management
- Escalations from our help desk team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate project timelines to key stakeholders within Anchor Managed Solutions
- Communicate project timelines to key stakeholders at client sites
- Build a well-defined list of project tasks for all projects to be delivered
- Moves, adds, changes for both project and Managed Services clients.
- Implementation of new technology according to the project plan, tasks, and timelines
- Technical onboarding for our Managed Services clients
- Technical onboarding for our Managed Security platform
In addition to the above, you will also be responsible for:
- Providing technical guidance and coaching to team members.
- Handling escalations for high-level issues from the Help Desk.
Key competencies:
- VMWare vSphere 5.x/6.x/7.x (VCP is an asset)
- Microsoft Hyper-V (MCSE, MCSA MCP would be an asset)
- Experience with Server/storage implementation and support (Lenovo, HP, DELL)
- Strong networking skills; (Fortinet certification would be an asset)
