B&B is currently seeking:
-Full-Time Heavy-Duty Mechanic/Truck Transport Mechanic. Wages will be negotiated.

Duties to include:
-Working in a shop environment, located in Prince Albert, Saskatchewan performing repairs and maintenance on our heavy equipment fleet which consists of over 90 units.
-Satellite field repairs.
-Analyze, diagnose, and perform complete repair of electrical systems, hydraulic systems, drive train systems and engines, including preventive maintenance inspections.

Requirement:
-Completion/enrollment of secondary school for heavy equipment maintenance and repair, or the equivalent combination of education experience.
-Supply all hand tools required to efficiently perform mechanical duties.
-Ability to use computer and diagnostic equipment.
-Ability to perform preventative maintenance repairs.
-Ability to work effectively both independently and in a team environment.
-Valid Class 5 Drivers License.

Specific Skills:
- Troubleshoot and inspect equipment to detect faults and malfunctions.
- Clean, lubricate and perform other maintenance work.
- Determine extent of repair required.
- Test repaired equipment for proper performance.
- Adjust equipment and repair or replace defective parts.

Credentials (certificates, licenses, memberships, courses, etc.)
- Heavy-Duty Equipment Technician Red Seal Endorsement.
- Heavy Duty Equipment Mechanic Trade Certification.
- Enrollment in apprenticeship program.
