Recruitment and Development Specialist

The Recruitment and Development Specialist actively participates in all aspects of the recruitment and selection process; provides recruitment expertise, guidance, education counsel and Administration support to Program and Area Managers. They coordinate and facilitate learning sessions for employees.
-Strong presentation, facilitation, written and verbal communication and interviewing skills.
-Understanding of Employment Standard Legislation
- Must be able to exercise initiative and display independence and judgement in performance of duties
-Knowledge of the principles, methods and techniques used in the development and delivery of
-educational curriculum Familiarity with audio visual presentation equipment.
-Minimum 2 years previous experience in course delivery and/or 2 years recruitment
-College diploma or certification in a related field of Human Resources
-Occasional travel required
Class 5 Saskatchewan drivers license
