Description

We are a small automotive and heavy duty repair shop located in Middle Lake, SK. We are looking for a full time Service Writer.
Duties will include:
-acting as a liaison between our mechanics and customers
-contacting customers and scheduling appointments
-providing cost/time estimates for customers
-ordering parts and managing shipping

Skills required:
-good customer service and communication skills
-basic knowledge of computers
-good organization skills
-automotive work experience and product knowledge an asset (not required)

Wage is negotiable based on experience.
