Facility: Saskatoon City Hospital
Job Description: Reporting to the Manager of Interprofessional Practice, the Rehabilitation Coordinator provides administrative leadership and clinical supervision to the Rehabilitation Day Services (RDS) team, as well as coordinates the services of the RDS outpatient program.
Required Qualifications

A minimum of a baccalaureate degree in Occupational Therapy or Physical Therapy
Current licensure with applicable provincial licensing body
Experience
-2 years of recent relevant experience with community-based adult rehabilitation
-Proven leadership with a multi or transdisciplinary team
-Previous supervisory experience is an asset
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Ability to adapt to changing conditions
Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with a wide variety of professionals, public agencies and families
Good time management and organizational skills.
Knowledge of the causes and effects of various neurological conditions including stroke, acquired brain injury, spinal cord injury, and multiple sclerosis
Knowledge of community resources for adults with disabilities
Ability to design and conduct in-service training for other health care professionals
Leadership abilities and professional maturity to develop and maintain consulting relationships within a multidisciplinary team, interagency programs and across the community of human resources
Experience in program development and evaluation
Demonstrated skill in mentoring, training and clinically supervising students and related disciplines
Ability to work self-directed and collaboratively as a mem
