Description

This position is responsible for parts and service inventory and sales for the Norheim Ranching Moose Jaw, SK location. Providing quick and effective technical assistance with parts and service requirements for customers is a key driver for support at Norheim Ranching. Day to day responsibilities include handling customer calls, technical assistance, managing incoming and outgoing orders for the location, overseeing and managing inventory on location, coordinating with other locations regarding inventory, assisting with product logistics including shipping and receiving whole-goods, and overseeing general shop and yard safety and cleanliness.

Major responsibilities:
Parts & Service
    Work with the Saskatoon based Parts & Service Coordinator to manage Moose Jaw parts inventories.
    Keep inventory updated and report back to suppliers as required.
    Work with Parts & Service Coordinator regarding parts orders for the Moose Jaw location.
    Ship, Receive and Reconcile all inventory in Moose Jaw location.
    Invoice and collect payment on sales in Moose Jaw.
    Handle parts and service calls and provide technical support as required.
    Create work orders for service work, close work orders and bill and collect payment when work is completed.
    Work with Parts & Service Coordinator to book in field service calls as required.
    Complete all warranty claims reporting as directed by the Saskatoon Parts & Service Coordinator.
    Book all after season work, assist with after season programs to maintain overall shop efficiency.
    Resolve customer issues/conflicts as required.
General
    Oversee the cleanliness of the shop, yard, and parts department.
    Oversee safety procedures at the Moose Jaw location.
    Assist Norheim Ranching employees with delivery logistics.
    Complete pre-delivery inspections on new wholegoods.
    Load and unload trucks as required.
    Deliver products if necessary.
    Perform minor repairs on equipment as required.
    Support Sales Department as required.
