Reporting to the Home Centre Team Leader, Responsibilities for this position include the following:
-Engage and interact with guests to create a positive shopping experience- in person, on the telephone and at the point of sale
-Assist with item selection and make recommendations base on inquiring approach
-Perform receiving of merchandise, stocking, operation of point of sale systems, pricing, displaying, selling, conduct inventory counts
-Maintain cleanliness, rotation and order of merchandise and load products into customers vehicles as assigned
-Demonstrate the day-to-day behaviors and actions that align with and strengthen Lake Country Co-operatives vison, mission, values, brand and focus on safety
