Description

The Saskatchewan Liquor and Gaming Authority is seeking a Peak Season Customer Service Representatives (CSR), to work in the Buffalo Narrows liquor store for the peak season period which starts in May and ends in September.

    A Peak Season worker will be assigned shifts during the peak season period.  This is a part-time opportunity and there is no minimum guarantee of hours.
    Some shifts will be available during weekdays; however, most shifts will occur in the evenings and on weekends.      
    You must state your availability based on the peak season period as well as during weekdays/weekends. (If you are only available for evenings, please tell us what time you are able to begin work.)
    Upon successful hire, candidates will be required to obtain safety shoes at their own cost and are expected to wear standard clothing (black polo shirt and black pants).

Reporting to the Store Manager or designate, a Peak Season Worker (PSW) is responsible for providing positive customer experiences at SLGA liquor stores by ensuring that all customer needs are met. The PSW creates a welcoming environment and establishes a relationship with the customer by greeting them upon entry, providing assistance to locate products, answering questions, presenting and discussing SLGA products and services, supporting store operations by receiving and stocking shelves, and ensuring the legal sale of beverage alcohol. The PSW position is physically demanding as it is required to repeatedly lift beverage alcohol cases weighing up to 40 pounds.  Individuals must be dependable by having regular attendance and being punctual as well be self-motivated while demonstrating a one-team approach through communication, organizational and collaboration skills.
