Reporting to the C-Store Team Leader, Responsibilities for this position include the following:
-Engage and interact with guests to create a positive shopping experience- in person, on the telephone and at the point of sale
-Assist in the leadership of a culture of safety and maximizing operational efficiency
-Assist in all operational aspects including but not limited to ordering, merchandising, margins, expenses, culture, recruiting, scheduling, productivity and performance.
Procurement, receiving and merchandising of product with focus on customer-friendly presentation
-Demonstrate the day-to-day behaviors and actions that align with and strengthen Lake Country Co-operatives vison, mission, values, brand and focus on safety
Who you are:
You are looking for a career in Customer Service and:
-You are 19 years of age or older; customer service especially in the CRS considered an asset
-Youre well organized, capable of attaining a high level of production, with a minimum amount of supervision
-Youre honest and trustworthy, are results-orientated, and strive to be the best in what you do
-Youre attentive to detail and have strong cash management skills
-You have POS experience and have the ability to work in a fast paced, guest facing environment
-You have a flexible work schedule including weekends, evenings and holidays
