Required Qualifications
Office Administration certificate
Experience
Previous: Twelve (12) months previous experience working in an office environment to gain organizational skills and gain an understanding of functional requirements of the organization.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Interpersonal skills
Basic medical terminology, where required by the job
Organizational skills
Intermediate computer skills
Communication skills
Ability to work independently

Activities & abilities specific to Saskatoon Home Care: demonstrated knowledge of medical terminology. Demonstrated working knowledge with personal computers, related printer and software, and application of technology, including such software as microsoft word, access, excel and powerpoint plus the AS400. Ability to communicate with the public in a polite and courteous manner, understanding that the clientele have specific needs, concerns and medical conditions that may have an effect on their ability to communicate their needs.

Hours of Work: Shift Information: Days, Weekends
In a 6 week rotation: 28 shifts of 8.00 hours
