We are looking for a permanent full time Desktop Administrator to join our Regina Head Office team. As the Desktop Administrator you will be the face of IT Service Management and Incident Management to the user. You must be able to quickly diagnose and resolve issues, provide clear guidance and offer advice to deliver a best-in-class user service experience while managing and prioritizing competing workloads. The successful candidate should be proficient in most, if not all, user-facing hardware and software, including collaboration tools, voice and mobile technology, LOB applications and common hardware models. As well you must be eager to learn and adapt new technologies and buy into IT initiatives to then act as an advocate for transformation and positive change.
Requirements
Candidates must bring the education and experience to succeed in this unique opportunity - after all, we're counting on you. We are looking for candidates who have a two-year diploma from an accredited post-secondary education institution in an Information Technology Field of study. Candidates should have at least two years relevant experience. Alternative combinations of relevant education and experience may also be considered.
