Optimum Roofing is in need of hard working, eager to learn, employees interested in the
roofing trade - both pitched and flat roofers required. This position is an entry level position and no previous roofing experience is required. Heavy lifting and working at heights are a major part of this position so the applicant will need to be comfortable and able to do both components. All safety training and equipment will be supplied by Optimum Roofing.
Applicants need reliable transportation to and from work (856 Dewdney Ave). Applicants with
a license are preferred.
There are many opportunities for growth within the company on our crews. Many of our
current foremen were once labourers too!
Starting wage is $15 for a roofing labourer without a license and $16 an hour for an
employee with a license.
