Description

Reporting to the Grocery Manager, Responsibilities for this position include the following:
-Engage and interact with guests to create a positive shopping experience- in person, on the telephone and at the point of sale
-Helps create and execute an essential hands free shopping experience for members and guests
-Fulfils members orders with accuracy and in a timely fashion. Making appropriate substitutions and out of stock problem solving as needed with details communicated to the members and guests
-Handles all curbside equipment with respect, care and attention. Having a higher level as self-awareness as they proceed with themselves and the equipment/cart through the store
-Completes and assists with grocery bagging, carry out and storage as needed
-Ensures orders are accurate and stages items correctly for delivery
-Demonstrate the day-to-day behaviors and actions that align with and strengthen Lake -Country Co-operatives vision, mission, values, brand and focus on safety

Who you are:
You are looking for a career in Customer Service and:
-You have a grade 12 or equivalent experience, customer service experience especially in the CRS is an asset
-Youre well organized, capable of attaining a high level of production, with a minimum amount of supervision
-Youre honest and trustworthy, are results-orientated, and strive to be the best in what you do
-You believe in building relationships and collaborating to deliver solutions that matter most, and you recognize the value that different perspectives bring to meet shared objectives.
-Youre attentive to detail and are able to perform tasks accurately, efficiently, and free from errors
-You have the ability to lift and load products  physical labour is required
-You have a proven ability to effectively listen and communicate
-You have the ability to work in a fast paced, guest facing environment
-You have a flexible work schedule including weekends, evenings and holidays
