MFN is currently accepting resumes for this Full Time position.

The incumbent performs a variety of roles to support the Muskoday  First Nation (MFN) Housing Authority to ensure that housing projects, maintenance, & renovations are coordinated, assigned, & implemented within the established guidelines, policies & standards of the MFN & meet the requirements of the Nation. Will oversee trades people, O&M staff, Journeyperson carpenter(s), heavy equipment operators & maintenance shop employees.

Qualifications

-    Journeyperson Carpentry Certification.
-    Canadian National Home Inspector Certification Council.
-    Experience/knowledge with water plants, sewage & waste systems, community infrastructure, blueprints, mechanical systems.
-    Well-developed planning & organizing abilities.
-    Preparing multiyear budgets & housing construction costs/estimates.
-    As a condition of employment, A CPIC & Vulnerable Sector Check
