SRS Property Management, a fast-paced growing commercial property management company in Saskatchewan, seeking an experienced and qualified Marketing & Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. Property Management Industry has been booming for the past few years and Due to COVID-19, the demand of our services has significantly increased, and we are in need to find the next perfect fit for our growing team.

Are you ready to bring at least 5 new businesses each month?
Job Duties includes but not limited to;
Generate new business from company's pre-defined set of criteria this includes making calls to cold and hot leads, booking appointments, sending e-mail proposals at least 10 per week.
Manage leads & prospects, follow up on proposals on regular basis, conduct cold calls.
Develop e-mail marketing campaigns to support marketing & sales activities.
Influence customers to set up free appointments / consultation visits for their cleaning and maintenance needs.
Bring at least 5 new businesses each month.
Enter information in Microsoft suites documents or CRM software involved in the Sales Process.
Prepare sales related documents including proposals etc.
Overall - meet sales targets by generating and closing new business opportunities.
Education & Experience:
Educational background in Sales & Marketing with minimum of 2-3 years of proven Sales & Marketing Experience
Previous experience dealing with top level of decision makers over the phone or in-person
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
Must have excellent communication skills, be sociable, polite & dynamic
Must have a valid driver license and own vehicle
