WHAT WILL YOU DO?
Create a best-in-class customer experience by providing prompt and courteous service to prospective and current residents.
Provide leadership and coaching to a team of leasing specialists, maintenance associates and administrators.
Develop sound relationships across the organization and with external contractors and vendors.
Ensure all maintenance and repairs are conducted in a safe, timely and cost-efficient manner.
Maintain properties by investigating and resolving tenant complaints, enforcing rules of occupancy, inspecting vacant units, instructing repairs and planning renovations.
Identify opportunities for improvements in efficiency, cost effectiveness and resident experience in the management of our portfolios.
Ensure that an annual maintenance budget and plan are developed and followed and that cost targets are within budget.
WHAT WILL YOU NEED?
Minimum 3 years of experience in a leadership role.
Certified property manager or accredited residential/commercial manager preferred.
Must complete & pass a criminal record check.
