Job Description: The Employment Services Coordinator is responsible to carry out generalist Human Resource functions using a team approach. The incumbent assists managers and supervisors with recruitment, retention and internal staffing processes including but not limited to posting, advertising, processing new hires, transfers, resignations and orientation. These functions must be consistent with collective agreements and the mission statement, philosophy, goals and objectives of the Saskatchewan Health Authority.
Required Qualifications

Post Secondary education. Preference may be given to an undergraduate and graduate prepared candidate.
Human Resources training considered an asset
Valid Class 5 Driver's license
Experience
Two (2) or more years of Human Resources experience including administering collective agreements. Proven ability to lead change initiatives. Demonstrated excellent attention to detail.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Ability to work independently and as a member of a multi-disciplinary team
Exceptional written and oral communication skills
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Computer skills in such programs as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc)
Excellent management, leadership, organizational and decision making skills
Possess excellent interpersonal skills with ability to build effective teams and maintain relations based on trust, accountability, and open communications
Ability to function in an environment of numerous interruptions and emotionally charged situation
Ability to demonstrate a high degree of attention to detail and accuracy
