LDAS promotes the education, employment, wellness and human rights of those with learning disabilities and ADHD. We accomplish this through the delivery of ADHD coaching, tutoring, GED programs, employability coaching, academic strategy support, various therapies, psychoeducational assessments, and other services to people of all ages in southern Saskatchewan.

Reporting to the Regina office's Office Manager, the Moose Jaw Receptionist plays a vital role in our organization, completing many office duties.

Key Areas of Responsibility:
* Front-desk reception, direction of incoming and outgoing phone calls and emails.
* Receiving and processing payments and update documents.
* Coordination of GED testing.
* Supply ordering.
* Receiving and processing payments and updating documents.
* Scheduling.


Requirements:
* Grade 12 and a recognized Office administrative certificate/diploma or an equivalent combination of training and experience.
* Minimum of one year of recent relevant experience performing administrative and clerical work.
* Training and experience at the intermediate level in the use of common software packages, including Office 365.
* Effective interpersonal skills.
* Effective communication (both oral and written) skills.
* Effective organizational skills.
* Effective proofreading skills.
* Ability to work independently.
* Undergo criminal record and vulnerable sector check.
* Valid drivers license.
* Demonstrates valuing diversity.
