And we are looking for help, in the form of  full-time flexible and reliable equipment operators.

We are an award winning company that participates in the growing sustainable economy in Saskatchewan. As a fully integrated recycler, processor and manufacturer of tire-derived rubber products, we offer state-of-the-art playground & recreational rubber-paved surfaces, home & garden solutions (ie. mulch and patio tiles) plus durable light-industrial products.

Successful Candidates will perform the following duties:
Safe and efficient operation of skid-steer,  payloader and excavator.
*Preference will be given to applicants who have experience running a shear attachment

Flexibility to perform any other tasks assigned by management and/or leadership.

Successful applicants will be available for evening and/or overnight shifts.
Safety, quality and production policies and procedures must be followed and carried out on a daily basis.

If you apply we expect you to possess:

    Valid Class 5 Drivers License and
        access to transportation
        Experience operating the equipment
        listed above.
        Availability to work an overnight shift
    Fluency in English
    The ability to contribute in a highly
        team oriented environment
    A strong work ethic
        Emphasis on safety and quality
    Critical thinking skills and the
        confidence to creatively problem solve
        
        Experience in a safety-conscious
        industrial or manufacturing
        environment is required.
