91.3FM CJTR Community Radio are looking for enthusiastic, experienced Sales Representatives! These commission-based roles are ideal for those looking to make some extra money while working from home. The time commitments for our Sales Representatives are flexible, but the ideal candidates would be able to work with our clients during regular business hours. IDEAL CANDIDATE
The Sales Representative coordinates with our awesome team to personally contact and secure new advertising partners.
The Sales Representative will be an effective decision-maker, able to manage competing priorities under the time pressures of a broadcast organization, with the prestige and credibility to follow decisions through to successful task completion.
The Sales Representative will have superior skills at planning and organizing, while sustaining an environment that encourages personal and organizational growth.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES
Develop new client prospects through station leads, community connections and referrals.
Prepare and deliver sales proposals, negotiate sales prices and discounts in consultation with the CJTR Station Manager and Board of Directors.
Develop clear and effective written proposals/quotations for current and prospective customers based on their historical and future needs.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records.
