Mountwater Capital Corp. is currently seeking a financial officer for our commercial real estate assets in Regina SK.
The financial officer should have a background in real estate accounting, the person will be responsible for the following duties: Keep financial records and establish, maintain and balance various accounts using manual and computerized bookkeeping systems, Prepare other statistical, financial and accounting reports, Calculate fixed assets and depreciation, Prepare the trial balance of books, Maintain general ledgers and financial statements, Calculate and prepare cheques for payroll, Post journal entries, Reconcile accounts.
The candidate should at least have a college education in a related field and 1-2 years previous experience.
