Description

A Marketing Fulfillment Specialist works to help local businesses establish and maintain their online presence by working closely with some of Vendastas largest Partners.

Responsibilities
Work with a handful of Vendastas largest partners to bolster their business by providing fulfillment coordination and services on their behalf to their small-medium business (SMB) clients.
Conduct onboarding calls with local businesses to educate and gather information to execute services
Work with SMBs to assess and implement a digital marketing strategy
Build custom social media profiles for SMBs
Create and speak to reports outlining fulfilled services and proof of performance
Work in Facebook Business Manager to boost social content (paid ads)
Claim and correct any online listings, social sites, or review sites for SMBs
Track all completed and pending work within Vendastas task management platform
Provide world class customer service for our partners and their clients
Maintain product knowledge and awareness for our partners and their clients
Coordinate feedback from partners on product suggestions
Create and publish social media content for many businesses in a variety of verticals as required
Respond to positive and negative reviews on behalf of the SMBs as required
Complete all expected fulfillment work by deadlines as outlined in the SLAs

Skills and Qualifications
1+ years experience in customer service
Superior communication skills
Digital marketing experience for SMBs
Proficient knowledge of social media (Twitter, Facebook, etc.)
Base understanding of online listing sources (Google, Bing, Yelp).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently as well as collaborate within a team
Availability to work evenings considered an asset, although not required
Bilingual  (French/English) considered asset
