Description

A Social Media Content Specialist works to help local businesses establish and maintain their online presence by creating a successful social marketing strategy for our partners clients.

Responsibilities
Help businesses establish themselves as local experts with well-researched, topical, and original written social media content
Review, understand, and explain data based on social platforms engagements, reach, etc
Create, edit, and publish social media content for many businesses in a variety of verticals quickly and effectively
Balance quick turnaround times and a high level of quality for each deliverable
Ensure content delivered meets client preferences, internal processes, and social media marketing best practices
Educate partners and their clients on social marketing best practices and strategies
Provide exceptional customer service for our partners and their clients
Maintain an understanding of current and ever changing social media marketing trends and strategies
Share knowledge with the team at large and offer training and guidance to new team members
Construct custom email campaigns based on specific objectives and audiences, as necessary
Develop and design custom graphics targeting specific industries or businesses, as necessary

Skills and Qualifications
Strong writing and proofreading skills are a must
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficient knowledge of social media platforms
Exceptional organizational skills and keen attention to detail
Ability to work independently as well as collaborate within a team
Bachelors degree and/or equivalent experience
Experience with graphic design and/or Photoshop is an asset
Bilingual (French/English) considered asset
