Description

Position and Responsibilities
Working within the compensation team, you will be responsible for Camecos job evaluation system and related processes. Using existing tools and resources, you will assist stakeholders with appropriately describing, titling and classifying roles within Camecos compensation and job progression structure. You will be responsible for the maintenance of existing job evaluation tools and systems, applying your knowledge of Camecos existing salary structures, current incentive plans and strategies.

We recognize the importance of a workplace that enables our employees work to fit with their life. Although the team is currently working remotely, you will be provided the support and guidance necessary to succeed in this role.

This is a temporary 15-month term position.

Education and Qualifications
Requirements of the position:
    Bachelors degree in business or related discipline
    Three to five years of relevant experience
    Collaborate and build trusting and effective relationships with key stakeholders
    Proficient oral and written communication skills
Assets:
    CPHR and/or CPP designation
    Effective organizational and problem-solving skills
    Experience with SAP
